Vanessa + TJ {Vegreville Engagement Photographer}

Lisa and I have been busy these past couple months squeezing in as many shoots as possible (hey, diapers are expensive!) while settling down with the arrival of Emery Dawne back in October. Between catching up on Christmas coffee orders, wrangling the girls on a daily basis, keeping Oscar’s food and water bowl filled, and attempting to keep the house in order…it’s been a busy fall! Luckily we’ve wrapped up the last of the sessions for the year, have delivered all digital edits, and done Christmas shopping, and looking forward to spending the holidays in Saskatchewan (this year we’re spending Christmas with Lisa’s side of the family).

Now that things have settled down a bit in our house (who am I kidding?!…things will never settle down with 3 girls!), I’ve got a chance to share one of our latest engagement sessions of Vanessa and TJ. We mentioned before that besides weddings, engagement sessions are one of our favorite types of session to shoot. We love documenting love and I often find that I have a permanent smile baked on my face while editing sessions of couples who are madly in love with each other. Vanessa and TJ were so much fun to work with and I think we captured the perfect variety of sappy lovey-dovey photos with a good mix of those goofy shots which really bring out their personalities…and those vibrant fall colors are always a bonus (I sure am missing them)! Thanks for trusting us to capture your engagement photos and we’re super stoked to be there when you tie the knot in July!
